It seems that the active introduction of polyurethane foam and the corresponding increase in sales of this material in the Russian market of industrial and construction heat insulation in our country – many were waiting for. And it is not difficult to explain. The fact is that in Russia, as elsewhere in the world, along with a change in technology, for example, in construction, the interest of specialists and consumers in the reduction of thermal losses sharply increased. This issue is especially relevant for large megacities such as Moscow, PPUs – in construction organizations of our capital, it is in stealing demand. This was possible only with the advent of effective thermal insulation materials in our country, with which the polyurethane foam became.
Why is polyurethane foam
The question of how to insulate the house, of course, stood before humanity and, in particular, to domestic builders, not a couple of decades ago. Nevertheless, it was thermal insulation of houses, as well as pipelines in heating networks, such as PPU, have received the most serious support and widespread in Russia. Essentially, our builders, as well as specialists in other industries, became the owners of universal material, which can be completely trusted in solving a variety of problems.
Why are our builders (and representatives of other specialties) “grabbed the PPU, it is easy to understand if you find out that this material was 25 times more efficient by its thermal insulation properties than silicate brick, 4.5 times of expanded clay gravel, etc. p. The range of positive and negative temperatures, which is so characteristic of our country, does not withstand any of the materials known to date, except, of course, polyurethane foam.
Who produces polyurethane foam in Russia
An important feature of the domestic PPU market was that the production of this material was quite quickly established in Russia, although before that its main consumers were the USA, Europe and China. To date, it is obvious that the rate on the development of Russian production sites for the production of polyurethane was correct, since the community -insulating materials trend are formed precisely in favor of the PPU.
By the end of the first decade, a whole network of enterprises that produce polyurethane foam has developed in Russia. At the same time, among the leaders of the production of PPU were the Roshalsky industrial company Ametist, Sibplast LLC from the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Ametist-Yu LLC from Stavropol, CJSC DECACES from Tatar Nizhnekamsk, and some others.
