Now a huge amount of working time is spent on the manufacture and installation of reinforcing frames and embedded parts in reinforced concrete structures. In order to reduce the complexity of these operations, mechanized technological lines for the manufacture of reinforcing frames will be developed and introduced and specialized enterprises, workshops and spans in large economic areas have been created.
Existing methods of tensioning the strained reinforcement, its layout and survey will be improved; Special machines have been developed that provide the device of anchor heads and butt joints of the rods when using an inconspicuous reinforcement. All this will significantly expand the production of preliminary stressful structures.
The requirements for the quality of the products will be increased and, first of all, to the degree of their factory readiness. Facade surfaces of products and structures will receive a variety of finishes both in color and in structure. The architectural ensembles of our cities and villages will benefit from this.
