Everyone knows that work at the plant is far from the easiest. These are heavy physical activity over a long period of time – not every person is able to endure. However, at the same time, attention should be paid not only by the physical condition of the worker, but also by his fueling in safety measures. It is important here that each worker on the machines be issued a job description to the machine tool, which clearly and in detail describes the entire process of work and all its nuances. The job description is divided into five points to the machine -processing machine tools, on each of which it is worth dwelling in more detail. The first point of the instruction is the general requirements of labor protection, which sets out the basic concepts of labor protection at the enterprise, that is, who can be allowed to work at the machine, which the machine tools should know and what training are required to go through. These are basic concepts that do not go into details. For a more detailed consideration of all points, there are other sections. For example, the second section tells about safety measures in preparation for work. This includes inspection of the workplace, checking the machine, as well as a more detailed consideration of the process of preparing various types of machines.
The third section talks about safety precautions and requirements for the worker in the process of working at the machine, and the fifth after completion of work. Special attention should be paid to the fourth section, which is one of the most important. It contains information about what is required of a worker if an emergency has happened. Only the worker who thoroughly studied the job description and clearly knows what is required of it in a particular situation, can be allowed to work behind the machine.
