Commercial real estate
Nowadays, not every entrepreneur has the opportunity to get his own room under the office. Most of them give preference to the survey of square meters to organize their business. In any case, the following recommendations for renting offices will be needed by those who in the near future intend to rent a room for commercial purposes.
I would immediately like to note that the office for the office is recommended to be removed with the aim of that you and your subordinates will work there and spend most of the time. If you already have workshops or warehouses, or some other auxiliary premises, then it is best to place the main and accounting office in the immediate vicinity of each other, since it will be easier to solve any working issues. The exception can only be the existence of branches in different areas of the city. In this case, it is better to make the main office equidistant to all places where your branches are located.
Each type of office has its own basic classifications. Often, Russian realtors distribute office premises into categories: “a”, “c”, “c” and “d” and subcategory “a+”, “a-”, “c+” and “v-”. This system first appeared in Moscow, and at present it is relevant for large cities of the Russian Federation.
Class “A” is modern offices located in business centers of settlements that have recently been built and have all the necessary infrastructure, there are conference rooms, a communication system has been established, modern security and fire systems have been installed. Therefore, the rental of such “squares”, in fact, like the transportation of an office to such a room, will be more expensive.
Class “B” – office premises, where inexpensive finishes with well -established communications located in the corresponding buildings. All the necessary equipment is installed in these rooms. It is likely that in many respects, offices are approached by the “A” class, but they are not in such a prestigious area.
Category “C” is buildings, territory from the main highways and the center, the foundation date of which is more than 10 years. As for the “D” class, these are buildings that are not inside not outside: institutions and old administrative premises.
