The most popular flooring in our time is Laminite. A variety of pattern and flowers, ease of styling and strength – these are the main advantages of this material.
As well as all elegant and beautiful, you need to care for the laminate. First of all, such a flooring must be protected from mechanical damage. Do not walk on the laminate floor, since there are traces of rubber sole or scratches from heels on it. Damage the boards can accidentally be a damaged object or spilled liquids. Well, of course, we do not allow any children’s trips on roller skates or scooters in the laminate.
Wipe the floor several times a week. We do this not wet, but with a damp soft cloth without the use of any detergents. If you notice dried spots, they need to be removed immediately. We always do it bright (!) with a soft rag. Why is the color of the fabric so important? The fact is that sometimes color fabrics can emit paint. Thus, instead of one small spot, you get one more, but more. If you cannot wash the spot with warm water, then the use of a neutral detergent is allowed. Spots from paint or resin can be removed using acetone. But, after that, be sure to rinse the floor with clean water.
If you notice scratches on the laminate floor, they can be disguised. You need to choose a paint or better, paste of the same color. The advantage of the laminate is also that such a floor can be disassembled. So, if you have a lot of damaged one board, it can always be replaced. Change the damaged board from the other, from the corner of the room. Or buy a new pack of laminate of the same shade.
