Pensioner with foreign real estate in the property

  • December 17, 2018

Now in Russia, the funds of accumulative pension insurance market is only emerging. And the first generation of pensioners, who will accumulate on a comfortable existence on their own, will appear only in 35 years. Modern people of this group were left without percentage accrued for their savings and with minimal pensions.

However, this amount may be enough for competent investment. The best direction in this case will be the purchase of inexpensive real estate in the same Georgia. Why exactly there? Any თბილისის იურისტი (which is translated from Georgian – Tbilisi lawyer) will explain to the buyer that it is in this country that optimal conditions for the purchase of real estate were created by foreigners. And, which cannot be noted, the Russian buyer will understand it perfectly, since about 90% of representatives of this market of services are perfectly mastered by the Russian language. Yes, on the one hand, such a purchase can be frightened by high costs for drawing up a transaction, intermediaries, etc. D. But, on the other hand, here we are talking about that for 20-30 thousand dollars to receive a guaranteed annual income from 2000-2500 dollars with the prospect of selling the facility and obtaining super-profits.

Why is it a pensioner and where to get so much money? Firstly, here even an analyst is not necessary to pay attention to how Georgia’s positions have grown in the world tourist market. Investors and travelers come here not only from the post -Soviet countries, but also from the West (Italy, the Czech Republic, Germany, the USA). What does it mean, in the very near future, every თბილისის ნოტარიუსი (this time is already a notary of the capital) will note a significant increase in demand in the local market. And with an increase in demand, the price of objects always grows. Simply put, what is sold today for 50 thousand dollars, in a year 70-75 thousand dollars will cost, in the worst case. At the same time, all year the object will bring money.

Another question where to get money if there is not enough own savings. There are some problems: on the one hand, mortgage loans are not provided in Georgia, on the other hand, in Russia, no one will issue such a loan for a long time on the key to a foreign object. Notarial services but can be paid by borrowed funds. The Georgian side offers real estate customers to consumer loans up to 10 thousand dollars – also a considerable help. In general, you can still arrange a mortgage: under the housing available in Russia, but here it is already to decide for everyone for themselves: is it worth the benefit of risk. In any case, you should not consider only one source as the primary: you can always find the amount in parts.

  • This object has such a fate that involuntarily allocates it among others in Kazakhstan. The bridge across the Ural River in the administrative center of the West Kazakhstan region began to be built in the “good old days”, that is, under the Soviet regime. Since the republic never had their own organizations specialized in this case, bridge builders from different Russian cities worked here here. Then there was a notorious “parade of sovereignty”, followed by an economic crisis. Although the construction of the bridge continued, however, the payment of the executed volumes was now constantly delayed, or even at all moved away for an indefinite period. For this reason, the bridge builders stopped working several times. However, the object in Uralsk is one of the most significant in Kazakhstan, and therefore did not forget about it: the press periodically woke up this topic. Increased attention is also explained by the fact that the bridge across the Urals does not just connect the two banks of the river, it makes up an important link on the shortest path from Central Asia to the European part of Russia. As a result, the story of the invitation of bridge builders from a neighboring state was repeated again and again, without a visible result. There is a rather funny moment in it. A couple of years ago, when the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev arrived in Uralsk, the local authorities invited him to take part in the solemn open… bridge over the Urals. The head of state made sensory words and cut the red ribbon. But when the ceremony ended and the president left, the entrance to the bridge was closed. The fact is that every driver who would decide to update the shortest path from Central Asia to Russia could well have been on the other side, but at the bottom of the river. The object was not over. And the main difficulty was not so much in building a car transition through the Urals itself, but in the construction of multi -kilometer approaches to it through a constantly flooded floodplain. And work here still start and finish. And now in the republic they decided to return to the long -suffering object again. The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced the competition for state procurement of works and services for the reconstruction of the bridge over the Ural River. The required delivery time within 2000. Potential suppliers who meet the qualification requirements stipulated in Article 10 of the Law of Kazakhstan “On public procurement” are allowed to the competition.
