The soil is used to perform the preparation of the surface for the coloring of acrylic enamel. It should be noted that the quality of the color largely depends on the quality of the preparation of the painted surface. The preparation of the surface with the help of the soil GF-021 should be performed in accordance with certain rules.
First of all, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned of pollution. It is recommended that wooden surfaces be pre -sanded with painting. Metal surfaces in addition to this need to be cleaned of rust and degreasing, only after that you can proceed to the primer. Primer is called materials that, when drying, form a homogeneous opaque layer.
It is the primer that provides enamel or paint the necessary stability. Currently, various types of primers are presented on the market: passivating, isolating, phosphate, protective, as well as rust converters.
The primer GF-021 is an insulating primer, which is used to prepare a wooden or metal surface for staining with acrylic enamel. Thanks to the inclusion of zinc oxide or iron disorders in the insulating primer, reliable protection of the metal or wooden surface from the influence of moisture and aggressive media.
In addition, the primer GF-021 is resistant to atmospheric precipitation, sea water, mineral oils, protects the surface from temperatures from plus sixty to minus forty degrees Celsius. After preparing a wooden or metal surface with the help of a primer GF-021, you can start coloring, for which it is recommended to use acrylic enamel, in particular the universal enamel PF-115.
This enamel can be used to stain wooden or metal surfaces treated with a primer. It should be noted that the PF-115 paint can be used for both external and internal work. It has resistance to moisture, the effects of atmospheric precipitation, as well as chemicals, which include industrial oils and detergents. Enamel withstands temperatures from -50 to +60 degrees. For the production of the PF-115 enamel, the advantages of which is high quality and affordable price, domestic raw materials are used.
