The manufacture of clay bricks was engaged in ancient Sumerians who lived many thousands of years ago. They built entire cities from bricks. It should be noted that finds of archaeologists indicate the durability of clay buildings, which can only be compared with the strength of natural stone.

A great contribution to the popularity of brick has made its efficiency. As a raw material for the production of ceramic products, light -melting clay is used, which is common everywhere. Production technology is very simple.

Organic materials are added to the clay mass that simulate the porosity of the finished product. Winning, agriculture, chemical industry, as well as household garbage are used as such additives. All this secondary raw material along with clay is squeezed out with extrusion from the holes. They fill the space intended for voids in the finished product. Further, firing occurs at a certain temperature in the furnaces. This process has remained unchanged since ancient times.

The shape of the block greatly simplifies the construction of the walls, makes this process much faster. The disadvantage of ceramic products is only the need to use manual labor in the process of building. To facilitate the construction of future walls, on the lateral surface of the ceramic product are formed during extrusion on one side of the groove, and the other side of the crest. They are combined with each other like mosaic details. When connecting these elements, a strong lock is formed. Blocks are connected using a special solution, or glue.

Due to the fact that porous ceramics are created from natural materials, it is environmentally friendly. It is also worth saying that ceramic products do not burn. Ceramics is moisture -resistant. Also, ceramics can remove excess moisture from the room, which contributes to the creation of a favorable microclimate in the building.

Water is considered the main enemy of any building structures, it washes everything and destroys everything. The unique properties of ceramic products guarantee the strength and durability of buildings.

For this reason, the bridge builders stopped working several times. However, the object in Uralsk is one of the most significant in Kazakhstan, and therefore did not forget about it: the press periodically woke up this topic. Increased attention is also explained by the fact that the bridge across the Urals does not just connect the two banks of the river, it makes up an important link on the shortest path from Central Asia to the European part of Russia. As a result, the story of the invitation of bridge builders from a neighboring state was repeated again and again, without a visible result. There is a rather funny moment in it. A couple of years ago, when the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev arrived in Uralsk, the local authorities invited him to take part in the solemn open… bridge over the Urals. The head of state made sensory words and cut the red ribbon. But when the ceremony ended and the president left, the entrance to the bridge was closed. The fact is that every driver who would decide to update the shortest path from Central Asia to Russia could well have been on the other side, but at the bottom of the river. The object was not over. And the main difficulty was not so much in building a car transition through the Urals itself, but in the construction of multi -kilometer approaches to it through a constantly flooded floodplain. And work here still start and finish. And now in the republic they decided to return to the long -suffering object again. The Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced the competition for state procurement of works and services for the reconstruction of the bridge over the Ural River. The required delivery time within 2000.
