According to the data in the radiator passport, we find out what is the thermal power of each section with a heat heater, preheated to 70 degrees. This indicator can fluctuate from 130 to 195 watts. For example, in the radiator you have chosen, the power of the section is 180 watts. Divide 1650 into this value and get 9 sections with a penny.

An accurate answer to this question without clarification of details cannot be given. The answer can be obtained by adding individual, so to speak, the features of your layout, such as the value of glazed surfaces, the height of the ceilings, a cold basement or an attic, which the room is in contact, the type of wall insulation (mineral wool, foam, etc.).
If tripl packets are installed on the windows, and the premises over and under the room are heated, then you need to take, of course, 9 sections. And, in general, the better the house is insulated, the less heat loss and the less radiator sections will be required.
When calculating, it is also taken into account where the radiator is located. If it will completely cover the screen, then the loss of heat transfer will be up to a quarter of the numbers that received in your calculations.
The presence of the window sill above the radiator in the calculation can not be taken. He takes only 3% heat. A little more will lose the radiator installed in a niche – about 7%.
