Today they talk a lot about the environmental friendliness of building materials, there are plant materials for thermal insulation such as reeds and flax.
Kamyshit
Kamyshit – these are plates from pressed stems of reeds and reeds, cut down in autumn and winter, which are fastened with metal wire. The use of this material reduces the cost of construction and the complexity of finishing work.
As a raw material for reeds, the stems of sitniks, rogoz, lake reeds, an annual mature reed and other plants with flexible stems with longitudinal air channels are used. The harvesting of stems for the manufacture of reeds is carried out in the winter season so that they do not lose their flexibility during the winter.
The manufacture of plates occurs in a mechanized way: stem knives are cut along the length, after laying in the plate, pressed, stitched with a firmware steel wire with a diameter of approximately 2 mm in eight rows.
Flax properties
Lenon is an annual herbaceous plant.
Thermal insulation properties of flax are unique. Flax fibers are resistant to temperature differences, high humidity, different weather factors. During the mechanical processing of linseed raw materials, production waste is obtained, a linseed bonfire, consisting of 50% of cellulose, 25% of lignin, by 25% of pentosans.
During processing, potato starch is added to the linen stake. Today, there are two types of linen insulation on the market: “linen felt” and “tape pack”. “Flaxseen” is carried out on special equipment, where it is pierced with needles with Zazubins.
“Bright Pack” is cleaned of bonfires and other unnecessary impurities, polarization in the longitudinal direction, formation in tape 15 cm long. Flax materials for thermal insulation are environmentally friendly, homogeneous, dense.
